Our property, located at 2144 Delano St., is located near the high traffic corner of Pace Blvd. and Fairfield Ave.  The Town & Country Plaza shopping center is located just across Pace Blvd.  Besides the shopping center, very active businesses are located next door and across the street.  These businesses include Firestone Complete Auto Care, McDonald’s and a newly built CEFCO gas station and convenience store.

We built an air conditioned shop inside the building that is 15 ft. wide by 53 ft. 6 in. long with an 8 ft. ceiling with an 8 ft. wide garage door so that we can move our forklift in and out.

 

With having this shop within a shop, you are able to heat and cool only part of the building, saving a lot of money.
